His works were also displayed at Seventh Biennale De Paris (from 24 September to November 1, 1971)
Alongwith Sagara other renowned artists like Jatin Das, Ganesh Pyne and Lalu Prasad Shaw's works were also displayed.
The Second Triennale of Contemporary World Art (Lalit Kala Akademi), was inaugarated by the President of India on January, 31, 1971, wherein 47 countries had participated. Indian section was represented by about 120 works. Under the chairmanship of Prof. N.S. Bendre, Gold Medals were given to six participants of various countries and one of them was Ishwar Sagara.
